False Claim Warning

I have been having some difficulty with false claims as of late. People are claiming that I am stealing their music for my videos and that is false. I use public domain music and music that I make myself. What's strange is that the videos that are being attacked are the ones with the least amount of views, I'm talking like 7 to 15 views so strange.

I just got a contend id from EA saying i',m not allowed to monetize there portal 2 game play just because I used 2 seconds of there intro. What do they expect it was the live stream?

I wasn't the one that recorded it but it said it was some coop intro

That's crazy! You must have some awesome connections to have explicit permission from all the creators of the games you play, Brutal Legend, Don't Starve, Red Faction, all those awesome games xD . Can we be friends?

I know a couple of game developers that I did some playthroughs for but nothing huge xD all I do is contact them pretty much saying. Hi I am GamingHappens, I would like to do a lets play of your game ___. If you could, could you please write back stating that my channel ____ can record and monetize the video and audio from the game ___ and they usually write back stating I can which has been handy a few times with youtube (also Brutal Legend is under DoubleFine which states on their website that they are completely fine with let's plays so)[DOUBLEPOST=1388977897,1388977842][/DOUBLEPOST]

GH, open up the video in the video manager and go to Edit. Then Audio and look for the beta song removal tool. It may well be able to sort out your issue and release the claim immediately.

Cool cool! I don't do Game videos. I typically avoid them to be safe. But it looks like you've found a good system. Much more than the typical gameplay person does!
