False Claim Warning

HEY LOOK! a distraction!
Figured I would post this here since i'm sure a lot of people have recorded and monetized the indie game "Thomas was alone". Today I was hit with a third party claim from "Indmusic" and after doing some research I found out that this company is going against Thomas was alone and hitting people with claims for ANY music within Thomas was alone. Now the reason why i'm posting this is because this company holds no rights to any of the stuff within the game and is only out to suck money from people so if you get hit with on e of these claims from Indmusic then please dispute it as soon as possible.
-i'm currently up to about my 5th hit from them its pathetic, they can't even do anything about this :/

not much you can do besides disputing false claims and wait a month until they clear which is the part that sucks because they can still claim the rev for that entire month if those videos get money until the claim clears and they give the videos back
 
It's also something to do with the new content id system, Some of my videos where claimed just for saints row gameplay and no music. Luckily they released the claim.

the claim system only works for "real" claims this is not a real claim, like I stated they don't own any rights to their stuff
 
There has been a ton of issues among gamers that have music in their games. I'd recommend being careful and do what you can to not use gameplay that has music to be safe.
 
Its just weird as A small channel (70 subs almost) why they would be finding us and other channels and false claiming. thats why I thought i was the content id system

I know what i'm doing with my channel but thanks for the concern :p I get explicit permission from the creators before I even record so I have protection if someone comes along saying that I can't monetize

That's crazy! You must have some awesome connections to have explicit permission from all the creators of the games you play, Brutal Legend, Don't Starve, Red Faction, all those awesome games xD . Can we be friends?
 
I just got a contend id from EA saying i',m not allowed to monetize there portal 2 game play just because I used 2 seconds of there intro. What do they expect it was the live stream?
