Fake Copyright or not?

Exactly... I have recorded this gameplay IN GAME myself. This line caught my attention while I was reading Valve's video policy: "Use of our content in videos must be non-commercial. By that we mean you can't charge users to view or access your videos. You also can't sell or license your videos to others for a payment of any kind."

So in a way Loud Communication (SPOTV games) is licensing their uploads which includes the in game visual content. In other words they are violating Valve's video policy.
 
Finally I found some guy who are in the same ship with me, my channel also get claimed by them. I really don't know who can help me, I emailed Icefrog, Gabe Newell and Erik Johnson, none of them reply. Please tell me the solution if you found it.

We are not alone mate, I have contacted 2 more You-tubers with bigger audience base and they seem to have the same problem, the correct follow-up now is to dispute the claim since a network other than Valve cannot claim the game footage, it violates their T&C.

Not how it goes. He's recorded the footage so he can upload it especially since Valve's ToS states so.
 
guys, in this case, don't worry about permission, Valve ardy stated in their website as their content will be freely to monetize and use in Youtube, the problem now is a Korea Channel claimed content ID on it, where it shouldn't happen, and can never happen, how can a non related party claimed copyright on something that is not developed by them, not hosted by them or any scene captured by them, this is ridiculous...And all Youtube know, is accept any claimed without further investigation....from the past its like this, now also never change.....[DOUBLEPOST=1405853379,1405852092][/DOUBLEPOST]its coming back, 4 of my video get claimed.....wth....
 
Same problem here, even tho the video is recorded from the in-game client.
Any success with your disputes?
