Everythings seems like its going so slowly!

I started taking my channel seriously around the same time you started, and I'm only at ~65 subs. You're doing really good compared to a lot of channels. I wouldn't worry about the numbers too much...

I feel I already knew this, but you started on the 1st of the year? Quite a day to start on, haha! Did you plan ahead to launch that day or was it just the day everything was set to go?

It was actually 2nd January of the Year 2015. I suddenly had the idea somewhere in December, and felt it was a good New Year Resolution. My original idea was to get as much as possible views with some crap videos. It went better than expected, so it's now a channel :)
 
Just tell yourself they did not build Rome over night. I was not there to verify but I think it is a safe assumption.
