hi guys i now have 36 videos and im really happy with what i produced so far i have good audience retention ans 21000 views i did do a couple of paid promotions to experiment but not really worth it, didnt get ant new subscribers. im currently on 368 subs after 10 months i know everything takes time i was just wondering what situation you are in with your channel :)

My suggestion is... Have fun. Don't dwell on views and subscribers, because it is going to take a while. Decide do I like what I am doing.. If you do then keep doing it. I gave up on looking at the view counter and the subs a long time ago.. We make videos because we enjoy it and the people who sub to us seem to.
 
Well if you want to know what slow is look at my. I am on YouTube since 2006 and at 545 subscribers. That makes about 77 subscribers a year (but I seem to have picke up growth speed recently).

It has taken me about 7 years and two months to reach 705 subscribers.... I get around 2,000+ views a day though with hardly any subs so I can't complain.
 
I started 1 January 2015, so my channel is almost 6 months old till now.

160K views and 1400 subs...
