Editing System for Thumbnails?

What editing system can I use to make thumbnails like these? Thanks for the help!

for free software's Paint.net & GIMP work fine (I personally use Paint.net) there's also the classic Adobe Photoshop

I think GIMP which is free (unless you can afford adobe photoshop) would be the best. I use it a lot now and its freaking amazing Don't forget to look up tutorials

You can look at messaging some designers to design what's called a "Series Thumbnail" or something. Where they design the thumbnail, and send you an editable PSD file so you can change episode numbers etc.

Otherwise you can use Gimp or something and do it yourself.

I would use Paint.net, it's easier in my opinion

Photoshop is always the best go to photo editor. If you aren't looking for real software you can get the gimp like others have suggested.

download Photoshop only tool at accuratly can make thumbs like that.. but you might need to get it cracked etc ig you don't have money to buy it
