I've been seeing all these people getting good footage with the t3i with a lot of shadows, and i can never replicate it because of my shadows and other parts always being so noisy and its a excessive amount of noise that i dont think the t3i is suppose to have, i know you need more lights and lens with higher aperture and that is one of my problems, i light with two led light, on camera leds their small, and i usually use the kit lens that comes with the t3i but i was wondering does using marvel cine or cinestyle flat picture profiles add more noise to my image then it should have?

I don't think it should be any different. If you're using a high ISO, you'll be getting more noise.
If your picture is dark on a low ISO, adjust your shutter speed / aperture / add lights.

You should look into upgrading the lens.
You should be shooting on a flat picture profile, and color grading in post.

There's two ways of reducing noise. Using a low ISO, and also crushing the blacks in post color grading.

Lights are essential for having the least amount of noise in your footage for that camera.
