Thank you everyone for your input. I'll work on my audio, intro and hopefully learn how to work with a green screen so I can look more professional.
These are some great tips, thank you. I'm currently in the process of a new intro that will be shorter and more to the point.First use Picmonkey to make custom thumbnails, Change the text you are using when writing over your thumbs, the red is too hard to read. Get a soft box lighting kit, I got two lights for $35. Move the "Subscribe" annotation to half way into the video so you're not throwing it in our face. I would ditch the intro and start with a welcoming from you, the house music dancing text movement is long gone. Hope this helps.
