When I do youtube videos I end up writing a one liner that helps me remember the concept of the video I want to make then I try to complete that idea with "filler stories". How exactly do you do it or do you freeball it and do it all off the top of your head.
Introduction: Hey everybody this is Johnny Fox and Welcome to (Insert title here)
Then the rest of the video is improvised and the ending is a clip from the next episode usually with a funny clip from it to increase traffic to part 2, 3, 4 ect.
