Do You Monetize EVERY video

I do monetise every video I can, but if it´s from live shows (like example my vids from Metallica in Gothenburg), in which i´m not allowed to monetise.
 
I follow the pattern of some of the top vloggers- a few have said that they haven't monetized their first few months worth of videos, and only started to monetize once they gain a small following.

ALSO, I use Jay Man for some of my music. MusicRevolution also has a section of free music worth checking out.
