Other people seem to like it cause they keep asking me to be in their stuff You need to like your voice to be able to work on it. Not liking it will just lead to demotivation. Try examining how presenters talk and try and learn from there. I learnt that way
On my old channel when I started my voice I hated it sounded mouse like. However over time it has grown on me and now I think it`s fine but that`s just me lol
Probably the only reason i dudnt start youtubing earlier. I had all of the equiptment ready, when it came to recording, i never wanted to because i hate the sound of my voice. I still do, but now i dont care lol.
Yeah I am not a big fan of my own voice. I guess it's natural, and recordings don't sound the same as you imagine your voice sounds from inside your own head.
I totally hate my own voice. I compare it to that of a rich bratty teenage girl and sometimes a rich bratty 4 year old. I hated listening to myself on my videos while editing them or whatever. >_<
i watched a video on youtube on how to hear your own voice as everyone else does. cover your ears with your hands and speak. I remember i was training to be a receptionist and telephone operator years ago and we had to record our own voices and play them back in the class. I just about died of embarrassment as i sounded really dorky but nobody else thought so. as others have said on here yes we do cringe at the sound of ourselves[DOUBLEPOST=1416290542,1416290434][/DOUBLEPOST]i watched a video on youtube on how to hear your own voice as everyone else does. cover your ears with your hands and speak.
