I agree with a lot of the people here. For me, it depends on the content. If the content is interesting, 8 minutes will fly by. When people just talk and talk and talk, without anything to visually follow along with, I find that a 3 minute video is too long. This is the dilemma I face. I think all my creations are amazing and interesting, but YouTube stats show me otherwise.
