Do you give yourself a schedule to keep to?

I try to do one a week now if I can, but if I have no real ideas for what to upload then I'll leave it.
 
As I'm mainly planning let's plays I have a fairly strict schedule that I try to keep to. So far it has been 3 videos a week but I'm ramping up to a video every weekday.
 
We film on Wednesday night, edit on Thursday and upload on Friday. We don't have a specific time we upload at though, not sure if that would make a difference.
 
My minimum is 1 video a week, but I try to get a few out if I can. It really just revolves around my work schedule.
 
I am now seeing I need a schedule. I want to to 2 videos a week. This could be app reviews rom reviews and how to's. What im seeing is if I write my reviews on days I don't record its a lot faster to record and edit.

I try to get one out per day rotating around what games I'm playing to give my channel variety in games so I dont pigeon hole myself to one type.
 
As our videos are daily vlogs we upload a new video everyday, we upload them during the night so that the newest vlog is online in the morning UK time. However that does mean editing everyday!!!
