Do you get a copyright strike from this

I was wondering: Do you get a copyright strike if you upload a video from an orchestra playing for example Counting Stars.

How was the video produced? If you either recorded it from television or a live concert, unless you got permission from the performers, in the case of TV from the broadcast network, in the case of a live performance from the venue it was performed in, and if this orchestra is signed to a record label permission from that record label, the answer is yes.

The only way to not get either a claim or a strike is to create your own original video content for YouTube. You never said it was your own performance either...lol. That does count as original content!
