Do you ever feel like giving up?

I'm in the same situation as you. I kind of get that feeling almost every time I edit a video. It's a sickening feeling, but I always believe one day I would wake up to see thousands of views on my videos and me smiling that my videos are getting the exposure I was looking for. If I'm lucky, have Markiplier collab with me (One of my goals) and my life with Youtube would be complete (Certainly not quit though). Sometimes I have dreams of getting the 100,000 Sub award. It's the small things that you work for and thrive to achieve, even if it takes one step at a time. Don't keep your head down, keep looking up at your achievements.

dont ever feel like giving up
if this is your passion just keep at it.
it takes TIME and DEDICATION! try interacting with your audience and see what things you can do BETTER.
CHANGE IS ALWAYS GOOD!

dude forget about the subscribers forget about all the views all you need to do is not put out poo keep the quality high do it until you die hope you get push through this stage it's my second week youtubing and i only seem to be on 9 subscribers slow growth i suppose any way you will get through it! good luck

Just wanted to add another comment here. Yesterday, two of my favorite YouTubers found my channel. I did not see that coming at all, but it completely restored my faith in humanity and YouTube!

I get that feeling, not seeing "results" after all the hard work put into it, it can be frustrating, but as long as you love what you do, it's best to keep going. Never give up. :spin:<--- Why do i all of a sudden love this emoticon? I don't even know.

Pretty sure everyone who makes YouTube videos feels a similar struggle at one point or another... However, you need to ask yourself why you're really on YouTube to begin with? You stated that it's because you enjoy making videos, which is great! That's the perfect reason to be on there. If you're just on there for the fame then you're never going to go anywhere. People who truly love making videos are constantly improving, like myself for example, I watched back my first video and cringed, it was horrible. Then I look at my newer videos are they are far better in all aspects. Try being original and doing things that haven't been done before. Be creative. I made an inspirational video titled "You ARE Beautiful" which was soooo well received and I have an original tag coming out tomorrow...

(all of the shameless plugs haha)

But anyway, I do get what you mean, it would be awesome to have an audience that is more interactive with you but don't give up! Keep at it and they will come, I promise.

I really don't get what this giving up thing is all about, either you like what you're doing and therefore continue doing it or you don't like it and then you stop, to me it's that simple, but that might just be me.
