Do you ever feel like giving up?

Lately i had a surge of subscribers and hit 100 subs which I am so happy about, but im still gutted that it took me almost a year to do so. I put so much time and effort into my videos that its starting to get me a little down, due to the fact i seem to be getting nowhere with it. I've seen people that have been on youtube for 3 weeks and have triple the amount of subscribers, Yeah im happy for them, but i just think...am i doing something wrong. Should i just not bother. But its the love for recording that keeps me going and i only really have 2 active subscribers. 1 is my best mate and another is someone ive got to know through him being active. My question to you is exactly what the title says..Do you ever feel like giving up?

Never give up...never surrender!
To be frank and perfectly honest though, try not to focus on the numbers too much. Sure you've only got a 100, but on the flip side that's 100 that liked you enough to subscribe. Looking at the positive side, think of your fanbase and don't give up on them.

I know, but i dont see how ive got 100 subs because most of them seem to be dead lol

We're no strangers to YouTube. You know the rules and so do I - A full commitment's what I'm thinking of. You wouldn't get this from any other site. I just wanna tell you how I'm feeling - Gotta make you understand. Never gonna give it up! Never gonna let it down! Never gonna run around and desert it! Never gonna make it cry! Never gonna say goodbye! Never gonna tell a lie and hurt it!

But yeah, I think most people have doubts now and then - however, just keep remembering why you do it, and tell yourself it is just a phase, and you will surpass it

Success takes different amounts of time for everyone but it's a good idea to never stop. Sometimes you need to try something different to succeed, like if you continue walking in a straight path eventually you'll come back to where you started to always try other things I've felt down but I try to get past it when I see what others have been able to do when starting off from very little

ive thought about doing different things, but i dont know what to do xD Its kind of a circle im stuck in

I also feel the same. But lesson to me, never give up, I always motivate myself that I will see a day, which I will get lots of subscribers as well.

I think everyone who starts YouTube has this feeling at some point. The ones who push through and keep making awesome videos are the ones who become successful, and the ones who give up, well, give up.
