Dispute Rejected!

Go with a gaming network if you have enough subscribers and enough views. They have a bunch of copyright licenses to allow them to upload game play etc...

I may have to start doing that, but that's going to suck not having any music in the videos as they are part of the game.

If you're concerned about strikes, you wouldn't be uploading content you don't have the rights to in the first place.

I wish I had enough subscribers to do that. Unfortunately I don't so I'm kinda stuck with my current partner. Hopefully when my contract runs out I will have enough to join one.

Adrev are a terrible network, I've already made a point about them. The fact is, they have no rights to this content, they don't protect it. Search up on YouTube about them claiming they own stuff that isn't there's. Your best off just deleting the video. Have you tried visiting their website and submitting a dispute there?

Yes, they do. If they don't have licenses how do you think networks like machinima let you post gaming videos I think they'd have thousands of lawsuits by now if they didn't.

Because a majority of it is covered under fair-use. For a channel like Machinima, they overlook it because the publishers allow them to promote their game and sponsor them. This only applies to them though and not their partners Ask Flammy - Machinima have no licenses whatsoever and refused to tell him whether they did or not.

They (somewhat) claim to have those, and then they hand out their rules, what you can and can not do, which are usually pretty much identical to fair use...

They do have licenses or they would get a straight copyright strike and if their partners kept doing it they'd get a lawsuit simple as that really, not going to b***h about it on a thread anyway, so goodbye lol.
