So far in my first month on YT I've only gotten one dislike so I was pretty lucky. But yea, i agree that there are trolls who just want to dislike stuff. It's not uncommon. I'd ignore it unless it's a significant ratio compared to the likes on the video.
The short answer is I don't care. I have no time to keep myself buisy with the people that disliked my video unless they have constructive critizism. Most dislikes are placed on videos by prepubescent little $h1t5...
Now, if a video where to attract major dislikes I would look a bit closer. But, at that point there should be quite a few comments on your video why it sucks.
Don't stress it. Like others have said on this thread you can use it to improve but as far as for your channel, dislikes are actually good. Any engagement thumbs up, thumbs down, a comment. All give your video a boost in rankings.
