Actually he is technically doing you a favour. YouTube doesn't care if you have likes or dislikes. It just matter that there is engagement at all. So you videos will rank higher in search.

This is not a favour. I have a good idea how he's dislike botting. Chances are this guys is killing her watch time and audience retention in the process. My advice is to ignore this guy while following the advice above of contacting Youtube.

This guy's behaviour is actually pretty concerning. He clearly can't handle rejection and seems very controlling. You should be taking this very seriously IMHO. I don't want to sound alarmist but this is harassment and if it escalates, then it could quickly become even more serious. Definitely contact YT support and Twitter support immediately at the very least. If it escalates, I'd also consider taking further action too. Good luck.

There are laws against online harassment and bullying in most countries, I would seek advice from the police and see if you can get this little **** charged

i found and looked at his twitter, and hes been threatening other youtubers with the same treatment, i would report him immediately

Because it's true (to the extend that watch time is not considered) and there isn't anything you can do technically about the dislikes anyway.

I didn't see the necessity to repeat what everybody else already said in the thread so far (and is repeating further and further on). My intention was to calm @EmilyJM's worries about her channel a bit as in my eyes the other posts were rather creating more panic. Sorry if that didn't work.

ahhh duuude. Shouldn't have engaged in the first place. When you see warning signs like them saying they'll take real world action just block them. Trigger fingers like these guys will be less inclined to actually do it if you just dont respond, like you responding is not going to increase your chances when someone actually feels like going out to ruin someones day.

That being said you're in the heart of it now, just ignore it, crack satirical jokes at the fact at it in your videos, but show your audience you dont care and they'll just ignore the rating system, while still actually rating your videos (making them higher ranked)

If its any consolation, a dislike has the same effect as a like in youtubes ranking, so the guys kinda doing the better of the types of bots out there, but be careful that you dont get yourself reported for botted ratings. It could have been worse though, botted reports on videos and channels will have had a much larger effect on your channel.
