Difference between Partners and Non in 2013 layout?

What about custom thumbnails? Is that still a partner-only feature? I haven't heard anyone really discuss this one way or the other.

Sorry I didn't quite understand before. Seemed like the whole thread was pretty generic, and most of the controversy I've seen in other threads has centered around the fact that everyone will have a banner now.

No one other than yourself had really mentioned thumbnails in this or most of the other threads on the subject, and as far as I have seen, it seems like no one has really confirmed or denied that aspect of the changes. So I was just looking for some solid facts.
 
Thumbnails are available to almost everyone. I think I got them when I reached 10k views.

Edit: Nope, I think you get them after the account is 4 weeks old.
 
Yeah maybe it's the 10k views thing. It's not after 4 weeks for sure, because then I'd have them. Oh well. I'm sure I'll get them eventually.

It is actually after 4 weeks. I got mine bang on 4 weeks. I believe some things can affect you not getting them at that time though.
