The only RAM I've had bad experiences with though is Kingston.

That's some pretty bad luck, I've used Kingston both for my own computers and servers and client computers at work, hundreds of sticks of memory, with no issues. I've tried to avoid their budget memory sticks though, and went for the higher quality ones. I like the lifetime warranty they stand by, and replaced the only Kingston product I had trouble with, an SD card easily through their support. No one I know works for Kingston btw, I have no vested interest, I just had good experiences with their products. Of course I'd not hesitate one second before buying Corsair either, I trust their brand as well.
 
The Gaming PC you mentioned is pretty close to the "Snow White" build I did on my YouTube channel. It's a nice solid build overall and It should record most games at a very nice FPS.
