Current VS New Youtube layout

I choose the current layout it gives you a more personal aspect of it. You can do what ever you want with it, the new ones just a banner. I want to stay with the old one I don't like it that they are forcing me and others to change I like the current a lot more

The only thing is i feel bad for designers who make a living off of creating background pages on youtube.

From the prices I've seen on here for custom backgrounds ($3-10), I wouldn't say they're missing much. In fact they might be making more from people that need the new banner. While you may only see a small rectangle from computer desktop/mobile, the whole visible banner/background is actually over 1080p in size for TV.
