Your channel got shutdown by Google. That money belongs to the rightful owner and certainly not the person that stole it.

Unlike most networks CN as an example is one of the more deity networks. Extremely fair in every single corner. Is this an argument about how a channel posted stolen content, made money from it, got striked by Google so severely that the channel ended up getting shut-down following this said channel asking if he could have his stolen money?

The system CN uses is built to ensure that the network does not get in trouble in case the rightful owner comes over to reclaim the finances. A network is responsible for you if you are in one and can take a very strong hit for you too.
creative nation being one of more deity networks? b***h please

this network is nowhere near fullscreen, omnia, polaris etc

ah kamran, so you just admitted that the youtube reclaim is b******t. you know other networks pay after a channel gets terminated.

No. The system does not work like that. Invalid traffic is an example of what Youtube reclaims for. Youtube channel termination after the adsense gets credited is something the network still has credited.

Once the money is out of Adsense there is no physical way for Google to get it back unless they of course put Adsense in to credit.

the coo has told me once c nation gets there quarterly report, he will provide me evidence of the proof. though im still not convinced...

Kamran, to be fair to them they are arguing a different point of view. What they're arguing is about the earnings that would have been received from videos that are not the reason for the channel termination. So channel X uploads 20 videos, 10 are copyrighted content. They still in theory earn money on the legit videos.

so why did gabe tell me i earned $936 on 25th december for november

and then now he is telling me it got reclaimed.

For one,
I think this is completely and utterly b******t, I have has plenty of channels which were closed (From Copyright Issues) , and I am still receiving earnings. Google never took a cent back.

it isn't invalid traffic you idiot.

don't think you're some bossman because you're from forela which is an mcn partly owned by zoomin.tv

I spoke to Shane from CN, I was asking question, good questions and I was not being rude at all. DELETED. Clearly showing how they deal with issues..

I do not know the full extent of this story. I posted reinforcing a point made regarding Google reclaiming finances. It is true. If the finances are not there to be paid out for that channel a network cannot payout to that specific channel. Whatever the reason here the finances for CN are as automated as they are for nearly 6 other MCNs on Youtube, all using an identical internal finance system, none interfered with manually unless needed for user compensation.

I hope this issue gets sorted out logically.
