Did you even get written permission? I asked this earlier.
for uploading gta videos? no. since when did you need permission to upload video games
Please let us know how your conversation with YouTube goes.

"Hello,

I have had multiple channels terminated by you for copyright strikes. I'm basically an ******* who tries to profit off of someone else's work but I'm not getting paid my money. I'm convinced I should be paid for uploading those videos I didn't make."

Hahahaha.
wow hilarious get known kid. your just jealous you lot always seem to be changing the subject.

plenty of youtubers monetize their gta videos without getting permission.

the fact that i find strange is that...

youtubes terms and conditions have NOT changed and in the past my videos have never been reclaimed and i have been paid after my channel got closed for having a copyright strike,

And the fact that you have had half a dozen channels terminated because of copyright strikes doesn't ring a bell with you? Are you really that retarded?

Thank you, Is there an email or Skype I can contact you at If I have questions?
talent@cnation.co for partner support :)[DOUBLEPOST=1389561395,1389561251][/DOUBLEPOST]
so you know im right? you know how dumb the idea is of bbc reclaiming a gta video. get your facts right. they obviously have my cash.
If a channel has over a certain % of copyrighted content, in a case of a reclaim, YouTube takes ALL revenue, not just for those videos!

i've never ever had this issue nor have my friends...

even fail channels dont have this problem[DOUBLEPOST=1389630826][/DOUBLEPOST]
God you're dense. Your entire post history on this site is one big joke.

Several of your videos? Well guess what? It takes 3 and exactly 3 copyright strikes for your entire channel to be terminated, all videos deleted and all ad income from ALL videos reclaimed. That's YouTube's terms of service and you should easily find it if you took a minute to research.
ad revenue does not get reclaimed when a channel is closed.[DOUBLEPOST=1389631064][/DOUBLEPOST]
Well, YouTube has reclaimed it all, so you're out of luck.
shane, give the guy the email to your google representative so he can get official proof

YAY, another unsubstantiated uneducated opinion. GO IGNORANCE, HOO RAH!

Just a question Pwnage, since you're the new expert. Do you also upload a significant amount of BBC video content along with your GTA content so we can replicate the circumstances here? Have you had a channel shut down due to major copyright infringement? Have you run an MCN and have some kind of evidence or is this really just how you feel like the world should work? You know... since you're so sure.

bbc, no
copyright, yes (awesomenesstv paid me after a fight with them)
mcn, no[DOUBLEPOST=1389632379,1389631965][/DOUBLEPOST]Oi shane, explain this

[3:46:14 AM] Jack - xSoBeee: Shane
[3:46:41 AM] Shane | Creative Nation Media Ltd CEO: Hello?
[3:47:36 AM] Jack - xSoBeee: Apparently, if someone is partnered by CN and they get a strike their rev share gets reduced to 50% and YouTube may get all earnings back
[3:48:20 AM] Jack - xSoBeee: That is apparently being said to a partner of CreativeNation
[3:48:43 AM] Shane | Creative Nation Media Ltd CEO: Yes, and?
[3:49:19 AM | Edited 3:49:21 AM] Jack - xSoBeee: That is not allowed?\
[3:49:34 AM] Shane | Creative Nation Media Ltd CEO: What?
[3:50:44 AM] Jack - xSoBeee: If in the contract they sign to a particular revenue share, you cannot reduce it to a lower figure.
[3:51:29 AM] Jack - xSoBeee: YouTube cannot take back earnings that have already been payed.
[3:51:48 AM] Shane | Creative Nation Media Ltd CEO: We have a clause for it in the contract
[3:51:52 AM] Shane | Creative Nation Media Ltd CEO: and they can and do
[3:53:22 AM] Jack - xSoBeee: I have never heard of YouTube taking money back before. It isn't possible, a YouTube channel earns revenue whilst the channel is in good standing, it is fair earned money, that cannot/ will not take back earnings that have been fairly earned.
[3:54:09 AM] Shane | Creative Nation Media Ltd CEO: They can I'm afraid
[3:54:39 AM | Edited 3:54:42 AM] Jack - xSoBeee: Show me proof that they are allowed to take back earnings, then I will leave you alone
[3:55:30 AM] Shane | Creative Nation Media Ltd CEO: Emails between YouTube and us are confidential sorry
[3:56:23 AM] Jack - xSoBeee: You remove me as a friend.. Clearly showing how you scam and abuse your partners. Creative Nation are horrid, money hungry pigs...
