Creating Christian Material

Using it to share content I am interested in, which is cars, motorcycles and sometimes bits and pieces of my personal life and experiences trough MotoVlogs / Random videos.

You can use it for whatever purpose you want to. I'd just ask that everyone respects anothers life choices and ignore the stuff they don't like. There is enough negativity in the world, we need not add to it.

Of course, I completely agree. This all depends on the tone of the person presenting the viewpoint though. Present your beliefs with any hint of superiority or knock someone else's with any hint of condescension and dialogue quickly becomes a war. If you want to avoid those wars, the safest (and possibly best, especially on Youtube) bet is to not engage in any kind of discussion at all about religion. There is simply not enough to be gained by it, given the fact that 99% are not truly open minded.

Challenge accepted!

I think that I'm about to bite off more than I can chew.

If you're going to be talking mainly about christianity, as it being the thing on your channel or if it relates to you talking about yourself, I would say go ahead...it can be controversial, but that depends on how you do it.
Just talking about your faith, what it means to you etc. can be good...doing the Josh Feurstein routine...well...as long as you can take the inevitable blowback that would come from that (not saying you, or all christians are like him, obviously.

If you're going to talk about a subject like this, you really need to think about how you do it and especially if you're going to debate specific topics, to avoid common fallacies.

Absolutely, it's super sensitive. Ultimately my channel is a vlog. I talk about my life and so my faith comes up because it's important to me. I'm not looking to change other people's minds; I'm thinking when I talk about faith I want to make it more expository and simply explain what I believe and how I live my faith

Well if it's just you talking about your life and what it means to you, I see no problem.

Also, I apologize for not responded on your comment on that video, have completely forgotten about it ^^

Thanks! It's kinda an experiment, but so far it's been going well!

And no worries about not responding ;)

I keep it to one particular video series in which people don't have to watch (like anything on YouTube) but, my lifestyle can be evident in other videos if viewers are looking for it. I wouldn't raise the topic unless the video is aimed at it. I also wouldn't push people to watch that particular series in my other videos.

I have started vlogging about whatever it is I'm doing that day, (it could be anything) and tying it in at the end with a bible verse/lesson learned and encouraging others to live with purpose. I've really enjoyed doing videos this way the past few weeks and I think I will continue with this format.

I'm a Christian (grew up in a moderate Christian household) but I personally like to keep my private life and my "youtube world" far apart from each other, so my religious beliefs never "leak" onto my videos. My intended youtube audience is very diverse and I don't want to risk turning away some of what little viewers I already have. But overall my videos themes are mostly about positivity (albeit the occasional swearing, but I guess that's more me caught up in my whole "Youtube Persona"...) but yeah, if you are going to make Christian content, I would say be upfront about it, so viewers know what they're getting, and you might want to moderate the comment section a bit as it might draw the attention of trolls and can easily spiral out of hand...best of luck to you tho!
