The biggest problem with that is, without having a network to protect or give you the proper rights needed, you're far more likely to be found by the before mentioned ContentID or receive a DMCA take down notice.

You either need the proper permissions for the footage that isn't yours (before you post) or you risk either having them claim and monetize your video (a best case scenario) or receiving copyright notices and becoming banned from YouTube for life.

While you may have been able to find a few channels that are seemingly posting without issue, you still don't know their full story and you have no idea how many other channels have been closed for posting similar videos.
