Computer Restarts When Playing Games

So for those out there that know a lot about computer components or have built a pc
I have a question for ya! I custom built my computer and sometimes when I
am playing games on it, it will just shut down. Now this seems like an overheating issue, now my problem is, what part is overheating.
My first thought was the GFX card, as it was reaching up to 85c while playing which seemed kinda high.
So, I adjusted the fans for it by making a custom profile with MSI Afterburner and now the temps are down to 67-70c when gaming. The cpu seems to stay at around 55c when playing
which doesn't seem like a problem. So the only thing it seems could really be the problem
is the PSU, which is a Seasonic 620w which seems more than enough
as my computer should only need like 500w. If it makes any difference
the most common games that overheat are Witcher 2 & Max Payne 3 so far, the higher end ones...

I hope someone here can help me out!

A little more info please

Your Specs including Number of fans in your case?
The details of how the pc shuts down, does it happened after 30 min of gameplay, immediately when you turn on the game, and is there some sort of warning before hand or just randomly shuts down?
Is this a recent problem or has it always been there when you first build the pc?

It usually shuts down after around 2 hours or more playing and there is no warning, it will just restart and keep attempting to start back up unless I unplug it. It seems to be recent but for all I know it could have been since the beginning since I recently started playing more demanding games as of lately.

EDIT: I have 2 fans currently in my case

Based off of the specs it should be all good, I have same CPU and also GTX 670, upgraded recently to SLI. Lets start with the basics, check all of your drivers for every component you have that includes the TP-Link card to make sure they are up to date. Once that is done play the game but turn up your fans to 100% (Both on your case and the graphics card/CPU, it will probably be noisy so just make sure you don't need peace and quiet during the time) and reduce settings to LOW, if it does not crash that means that Heat was the problem, or the driver update worked. If it does crash than post back here and we will go from there.

EDIT: Just remembered an issue I had a while ago so I will post it just so we get it out of the way, if you have VirtuMVP enabled during gaming, disable it. For me when I originally was playing BF3 after about 15 minutes the game would just crash with a message that there was not enough VRAM on my GPU to play, once I disabled Virtu the game has never crashed again.

Alright I will go do that right now, do you think that the PSU could possibly be the problem though? It seems as if the others arent getting hot enough to cause a system to overheat and restart.

That's what I first though, but if you can play the game for 2 hours the PSU must have a serious defect for it to be stable for 2 hours and then shut down, software is issue that harder to pin down which is why im suggesting first the drivers and then the HEAT, if neither one of those is a problem then we will see if there is a program that is messing with your game.

Alright, I will go check the drivers and get back to you on that.[DOUBLEPOST=1373088653,1373087778][/DOUBLEPOST]

Well I just checked the drivers, they were all fine and up to date. I did install 3 optional windows updates while I was at it as well, doubt that did anything though. Should I do the fan thing now?

Yes, basically manually turn up the fans on your GPU to full, same with all the rest of them, turn off Virtu MVP if you have it, and then decrease the settings to low, enjoy the game and see if it still crashes

Low settings.. Well this will be painful haha  How long should I do it for?

The idea behind this is to test weather its heat impacting it, so if its really horrible pick one or two options and turn it up to medium, but preferably you play the way you usually play and to see if it crashes around two hours, keep playing it for about 3 hours or so(you might have to do this test when you are in a gaming mood) since there is no other way to test weather the fans fix the issue or not
