Whoa whoa whoa, bro. I don't remember you saying "Hey everybody ignore it"

And, again whoa, I don't remember hearing anybody getting banned for something. I thought this was about demonetization of videos with cursing.
Nah. It's a complete ban. Done for life. Don't even think about swearing round here son!

For all I care, I don't have a huge channel that entirely depends on monetization. Youtube has been screwing people over since Google bought it and frankly I can see why people are going to Vidme. Some even shut down their YT channel just to go to vidme. I respect that choice, but I won't leave Youtube when I can have both. Let's be real, Youtube is bigger. Vidme might become more successful in the future, but right now it's still in development even if the site actually exists for 2 years they only recently decided to compete with Youtube, which is a good thing cause YouTube has grown into an arrogant fellow, catch my drift? It really needs a wake up slap by its creators. I'm just gonna lay back amd and enjoy the view with some popcorn like looking at a wrestling game. Youtube vs. Vidme battle begins! xD

What is Vidme exactly? Does it have benefits for my "news based" channel?[DOUBLEPOST=1478873805,1478873583][/DOUBLEPOST]I want to add that I am using Dailymotion next to Youtube for years. Also a great alternative I have to say because the revenue is higher and they also offer website owners to make money with Dailymotion content, which motivates bloggers to share videos more.

I asked Dailymotion what they think of Youtube's censorship. "Dailymotion supports freedom of speech" - "Google influence their content by giving Youtube videos benefits on Google," D. said.

It's like YouTube in the old days before Google shoved its tumor down our throats, but with the beneficial of getting Tips from fans themselves (like Twitch funding, for creators) and very soon ad revenue monetization. For now it's only tipping. News channels are pretty much under the same category as not advertising friendly on YouTube, so migrating over to Vidme is exactly what I think that news channels would do in just a matter of time. Decide for yourself :) My advice is to start a Vidme channel and keep your YouTube channel. Getting noticed on Vidme is easier, especially if you're a creator. Just email them about verification :)
