I researched throttling and came across a P Score article. https://www.tubefilter.com/2019/10/30/youtube-p-score-rating-investigation-how-youtube-decides-p-score/ I had a hunch that there was some sort of way for them to judge your channel on being "ad friendly", just didn't know any specifics...

philip defranco uploaded this today really interesting that youtube seems to be putting its foot down and making it so people can't monetize youtube videos. what do you guys think? just enforcing their own guidelines or trying to stop freedom of speech?
