I actually didn't draw that pokemon, that was official art, but when I do illustrations which I haven't really done for anyone yet (I'm not confident in my skills to illustrate, so I don't want to let anyone down), I use adobe illustrator and photoshop.

I see thank you for the replies. I can't get over how you were able to put in the pokemon at the top of the text and make it look like it has a realistic shadow!
