Hi! I'll answer all of your questions in an orderly fashion to avoid any confusion :)

1. If you want an outro card instead of a logo, then the price will stay at $20, and if you don't want a logo at all, then the price will go down to $15.

2. It really depends on how many customers I have, but the maximum time you'll have to wait for a banner and profile picture will most likely be around a day or two.

3. The best way to discuss your order is through skype: bolt-design

I could be doing business with you pretty soon, man. While I do like what I have now I could always use a facelift. Question, though - with the gold package, will you give PSDs for everything?

I see but these are very good pieces of work, I should try learn from these :D
Also do you do any drawings it looks like you drew in the pokemon on one of the banners and also if so did you make them in illustrator or photoshop ? Or perhaps in a different software.

I actually didn't draw that pokemon, that was official art, but when I do illustrations which I haven't really done for anyone yet (I'm not confident in my skills to illustrate, so I don't want to let anyone down), I use adobe illustrator and photoshop.
