One last question: Can I get my "Dr. Oz" video back without risking a strike (the video has a lot of views and had a chance to get a lot more). IDK if it's worth the risk? U tell me.

If your Dr. Oz video was taken down (as you communicated in your original post), then you already have a strike.

Let me just clarify: there are a few things a copyright owner can do when they find infringing activity:

1) They can put a content ID match, and then do one of the following:
a) monetize for themselves
b) track the video's viewership statistics
c) mute the video (e.g., if the audio was infringing)
d) block the video in some or all countries.

or

2) They can issue a DMCA takedown notice

1a, 1b, and 1c do not put your account in bad standing.

If you have a partial block (only some countries), then that also does not put your account in bad standing.

However, if they block in all countries or issue a takedown notice, those put your account in bad standing.

If your Dr. Oz video was taken down, you already have a strike.

On my Channel page, it says

"Copyright Status
You have 0 copyright strikes."

On the copyright page of the video, it states

"Your video has been blocked.

Copyrighted content was found in your video.

Because of the claimant's policy, this video can't be played on YouTube.
Video blocked in all countries"

I heard you only get a strike if you lose a dispute.
PS - I've had more than 3 videos blocked

Can someone see if they can find my video and see what it says when trying to play it?
It's called "NO-CARB diet: Dr. Oz gives Keto diet National exposure"

I definitely learned something -- youtube doesn't put accounts in bad standing for global blocks anymore (see Google's page "Changes to account standing"). This used to be a thing.

I can't find the video you reference at the bottom (I also can't find your channel...the link doesn't appear to be correct)

It always told me that it may affect my channel's standing if I got a worldwide block, but it never did to mine, even before they made the recent changes. But there is something about getting 2 worldwide blocks in a 90-day period as well. It seems to operate on the same rules that monetization does. A lot of people get it disabled for copyright strikes, but mine never did. It's not consistent across the board and I haven't been able to find anything that explains it.
