Clip-on Microphone?

Hey guys!

I plan on investing in a clip-on microphone to improve my video's sound quality (I don't like how it's a little "echoey" and has distracting background noise sometimes)

Does anyone have any suggestions?

I use the Audio Technica ATR 3350. Gets good quality sound, and is not overly expensive. Got mine on Amazon for about $30 but I've seen them as low as $19.

D'= I'm so confused now! What should I dooooo

I'm gonna go buy a toaster now. brb.

I think I may know what German was saying - basically, if you're recording from the clip-on (lavalier) mic INTO the camera, you're still gonna have obnoxious camera noise in your audio (unless you're using something with significant gain boost, so you can take the camera's audio level way down).

But if you'd consider a lav mic AND an H1 Zoom portable recorder, you could eliminate that problem.
