I don't know if I am doing it right. I need someone to review my channel in general because I am having a hard time getting view and subscribers. Please tell me if I did something wrong so I can improve my channel. Thank you.

You seem very unsure of yourself. Maybe practice what you are going to say a few times so it comes out more smoothly. For self help stuff confidence is key.

A Q&A about a channel that doesn't have much on it isn't going to be interesting in my opinion. Focus on a topic for each video, keep it short, to the point, and informational.
