Channel Feedback? Feel Stuck at 50

Hey guys Morpheus here. I am looking for some channel feedback I have been doing Youtube consistently for about 6 months now and I have reached my milestone of 50 subscribers but I feel like I am stuck in a rut and it took forever to reach that many. I could really use some really good feed back on what I should improve on and what I should keep doing to keep any momentum going. I tried a google ad for one of my videos that I thought was really good. It brought that video a lot of views but didn't bring any subscribers along with it.

I like your audio nice and clear. IMO your channel doesn't seem to have an AIM. I see let's plays, reviews, etc etc a bunch of different random videos. To grow you really need a niche and just stick with it, focus your channel down to something, reviews? why is _____ popular? lets plays which one is it? Also I'd get rid of that whole crazy background thing you do, it's like a wallpaper in the back and it honestly distracts me. Maybe get something to cover the back of your room as well? No one really wants to see all of that. Work on your thumbnails and make it look more fun, professional, or neat whichever way you want to go with them. Besides that man GL
