I must say there's alot going on in the thumbnail and the only heartstony thing I can find is in the lower right corner. Still good friends tho Jawad But remember it's gonna be much smaller =P

I had a go at this, hope you don't mind!
Only spent about 8-15 minutes on them overall!
They might seem very sharp/very bright but this is because viewers see the thumbnails really tiny so it's not really noticed when it is that small!

They are both equal tbh in terms of first impressions both making a channel look good in terms of professional creations and skill taken to make both of these. Like everyone is saying here practice is the key take some time to practice making both of them.
