Can't seem to change my thumbnail :(

On channel it seems to be okay but on creator studio and the video manager it doesn't seem to have changed its weird

Contact YouTube support if all else fails. But, sometimes it takes a while to change. Also make sure you are allowed to upload custom thumbnails.
