Can't seem to change my thumbnail :(

Yeah I'm afraid there's nothing we can do to speed up the process. I get the impression it's quicker if the video is fairly new, but old ones... nah, it's a low priority for YouTube.

I hate it too that views are added for every little thing but I believe after some time YouTube removes those views. When any of my videos is about a day old, I witness a loss of about 10 views and I wonder if those were my own.

I normally add a thumbnail when i upload a video so obviously that goes up straight away, but i need to change these ones as they look a bit weird, and i know it's frustrating though as i don't really want to lose views as they make your channel look impressive depending on how many you have haha, of course im not doing it on purpose i find it annoying but it does look cool that i have had over 50 views on a video the first day of upload even though at least 13 of those views were me at different stages of upload haha
 
I've had the EXACT same issue on my last upload. It's the first time I didn't add a custom thumbnail right when I was uploading it, and now I seem to be stuck with one of the suggested thumbnails. I'm hoping it ends up updating itself because I really don't like that ugly thumbnail on my channel. But yeah, like a previous reply said, I've never had this issue when I upload a custom thumbnail right away when I"m uploading the video.
 
Err, I just looked and one of the 3 thumbnails I changed a week ago, was reset to the old one :banghead2: YOUTUBE!!:stomp:

Oh god :( YouTube took 20 views off me this morning. One of my videos is at 33 and it should be at 60! According to the real time views
