Just keep posting your content, but maybe you need to start a twitter. You can tag "Retweet" pages, that re-tweet posts about videos. I gained 7 active subs last night, all 7 watched that video and todays.

You gotta get creative. :)

What's a retweet page i'm quite intrigued :P

I have this problem as well but you're just starting out. Interact with whoever comments on your video, make them want to come back for more.

You've posted videos for two weeks and it's Minecraft. Finding out about a new youtuber who does Minecraft is like finding water in Sahara.

If you do gaming content on youtube today you really need to work your a** of marketing yourself and making really good videos.

& making yourself different from the 1000s of other people who post similar stuff.

I'm going to be the harsh one and say that you're going to have to really step it up a notch. I just checked out your channel, and the videos aren't the correct aspect ratio , your commentary isn't really energetic either.. I couldn't watch the video. Maybe look at some new rendering settings, and even putting a bit more effort/energy into your commentaries and I'm sure you'll notice an improvement in viewer activity. :)

Indeed, that would be the first thing to do, making sure that it's not your content that is holding your channel back, since most of the times that is the culprit.

I feel it is. His content isn't engaging, not trying to be rude but he's not getting attention for a reason. I'm privileged that I understand the basics of the YouTube system, and can give myself good quality graphics/recordings/editing etc. I just want to help, but love hurts.

Yeahh it took me two years to really establish my channel, but now I have done so I know exactly what you should be looking at as a beginning channel. Always make sure your content is the best possible since that will be the core reason of people coming to your channel, nobody will subscribe a channel that has weak uploads or uploads at random schedules. People want a channel they can come back to, view more stuff that interests them and maybe even learn some new things or two. Engaging your viewers and successful video promotion is the next step.
