Can't get real subscribers

you can do everything in the world to attract subscribers but if your content is below par then no one is going to spend their time watching your videos where there are literally thousands of gaming channels out there. just keep at it and you'll get better with time, traffic on brand new channels is always very low.
 
It will take time before you see any significant subscriber interaction. Many people have hundreds of subscribed channels, so not everything shows up in their feed. Also, they may not have enough time to watch all the videos in their feed. Don't worry, as long as your content is original, and interesting subscribers will watch your videos when they show up in their feeds.
 
That's always the hardest part. Getting and keeping subs, and making sure you treat them right so they can stick around. I try to answer every comment I get.
 
I have 28 subs, and have been gaining 4 a month for the past two months.. 4 a month, That is dreadfully slow, My average views? 12.. People dont watch your vids because they subscribed to you. Think about your own habbits. I am subbed to 140 people. I dont see all of their content let alone watch it all. It seems this trend continues untill you get to around 100-500 subs. Thats when people want to see your content, untill then. Just keep it up!
 
Just keep posting your content, it takes a while but there should be a group of people that enjoy your content at some point
