Can you get sue when you accidently upload copyrighted videos/music to youtube?

Of course they can sue. Or they can choose to allow it up and reap any revenue. Or force you to remove it and get a strike. Or block it in the first place. Copyright holders have a lot of options at their disposal, and suing for violation of U.S. Copyright law is one of them. Is it worth it for them? That's what their lawyers will determine.

As I said they aren't going to sue you if you don't make any money from it.
 
I doubt they're gonna waste the time and effort sueing some kid online. But yeah, you will get muted, claimed, muted or they might just take down the video.
 
Yes. They own the audio and video of that content so they can choose to sue you if they like so beware of copyrighted content!
