Can i use footage from other's youtube videos to make my educational video?

Ah, okay.
There are plenty of stock videos of insects on the internet, some are free, some are expensive.
Also, what I just thought of: Since you would use footage for fair use, you can contact the channel to ask their permission to use the video.
Ok, I will not use other's videos. I'm tired of this.
I'm going to purchase some cheap royalty free stock footage videos if I can.

You could also check if you find videos on wiki commons. I was sometimes lucky to find clips with an appropriate license there.

Ah, okay. Good luck!
Hello, I try to search Youtube videos with Creative Commons. And I found thousands of videos

Can I use them without permission? I'm very glad when I found them

You can search on youtube with keyword: "insects, creativecommons"

Some people enter third party content there without having an appropriate permission. So you need still to be careful if it's really their content they upload. But yes - in principle you are free to use content that is CC licensed on YouTube.
