Can i use a popular wrestling action figure in my video?

Sorry to resurrect an old thread but according to this - (wouldn't let me post link!) search google: action figure copyright youtube first quora site says its not allowed.


Gives Robot Chicken as an example.

Had ideas like the OP and wanted to verify.
