Can I monetize a video with gaming footage?

I know there are a lot of gaming channels here so I figure I'll get lots of great answers. My bro and I are preparing a video in our Twin Versus Twin series where we play Madden 2017 against each other. What is the law say about using the video of the game in my video? Video of us playing against a green screen will be put over the top of the video. Can I monetize this video? What should I do?

Nope you don't have to unless you use someone else's graphics or music :)

Usually its fine but be careful with third party music in some games. Search Google/wikia for let's play friendly developers. Sorry i can't post links:)
