Camera budget 300$

Nowadays almost every camera is good. Just make sure it films in HD, that is the most important as you want high quality videos. For the other things, look at what is most important for you: does it need to be light, small, much zoom? Autofocus? Battery length? Make a list of specifications and look online which one fits you best within your price category.

ps. You might want to add a link to your channel in your signature. Now I can't even see what kind of videos you're making ;)
 
You could also consider camcorder for your recording if you dont plan on using camera/DSLR elsewhere. Really great ones stars around $200 price point.
