If the content I'm watching is really good I don't mind that someone's voice is "annoying", but if the content is not that good, then I'd definitely start complaining about it.

I always thought about this. It is true, the voice does play kinda a strong role in whether or not I'm interested in coming back to videos.

I just watched your Tom Hanks video and I understood a good 98% of what you said! Though this may not be a proper experiment because I'm sure I went in with a heightened intent. (Also, it was a funny video! I hope he steals your "Mr. Hanks, Tom Freakin'" license plate idea.)
