Hi guys, I want to ask you technical question about the tax and the technical side of income on YouTube (Through AdSense, I also have a websites associated). When do I register myself as self-employed and what type of tax should I be paying? Do I fall under normal individual income tax or there is another rate for "artists" "publishers" and else? In Poland, where I live right now, I ve heard there is special tax rate for "artists" and it was extremely low, but I am not sure if I fall under that cathegory. So as I said, I am in Poland right now, but planning on moving to the UK or The Isle of Man (Corporate tax in the Isle of Man is 0%). So now which of these countries profits me more as YouTube Partner?
The second part of this tread is probably written in many places on this forum, but if this does not bother you, please don't mind and type it once again here - what is the name, where from do I get it, how do I fill it and where do I send it - the application of changing taxation country while publishing out of the US. I was told, if I do not fill the form, the money I earn on YT and my Website will be charged in the U.S before even being send to me, then taxed again in my country, as I suppose pay my tax by myself of income. So how do I avoid paying tax in the U.S and only be taxed in the country of publishing?
Thanks for all your effort in advance!

I do the same, if I take a bus to pick up some new equipment it is a business expense and I keep that ticket
