Avoiding Copyright?

To be honest, I can assume it'll be similar to Nintendo footage, and I just made sure to NEVER use more than 10 seconds of footage, and if I needed more than 10 at a certain point, I'd make sure to cover it for a small time. Havent got any strikes on my last few videos! So it seems to be working!
