Attracting Views and Subscribers

Hello, I'm IPPimp host of a newley starting channel with the same name, I was wondering if anyone here on YTTalk could help me figure out why i'm not bringing in a lot of views on the majority of my content. I've been focusing on searcheable content such as tips and tricks videos for games. Now, i've seen some people around my subscriber level, 10-20 getting around 20-30 views/vid while i'm still struglling to reach 10/vid. (besides a couple of my more popular videos) Now, the only things that i've been able to come up with are
1. Bad networking on my part, i'll admit that i haven't been a huge networker, i reply to subscribers and recently have been collaborating with another small youtuber as well, but besides YTTalk i haven't had anything else
2. No Thumbnails, due to a early copyright strike, (thanks btw Toei,) i can't make custom thumbnails anymore luckily for me however, this gets removed January 4th I believe.

*That's about all I have, any suggestions?

The biggest issue you have is your audio quality friend.

Also it would help if you made a list or something to talk about. It seems everything is put on the spot.

The biggest part (at least for me) in making videos is that the quality is as high as I can make it with my limitations.

You should either buy a better microphone or edit your audio with a program like Audacity so the quality is a bit better.

With that you could get higher views but it will still take time.

How would i go about editing with audacity, ill look in to getting a better recording mic though, i don't currently have a desktop set up, any suggestions for a mic that i could record directly from my ps4 with?

I have no idea but for a good microphone I would go with any snowball.
If you record your voice afterwards with the program or while playing the game and then sync them both together that will give you the best outcome.

Unless you are doing let's plays and then you will need some sort of voice playback I guess
