Are Intros Overrated?

I made an intro for a web series I'm doing (20 sec) To introduce the cast of each episode, maybe it would be best to cut that time in half? Or just make a title screen for 3-5 seconds?

well if your introducing the cast 20 seconds doesn't seem to long depending on how many people are in the cast

I've just got three, it shows two pictures of each person and then two group photos.

i think intro make the channel look professional but you have to know when an intro is too long i say max 10 sec no more and thats pushing it.
